GOA30 - Hooked on Phonics
Feelionics
Just a few months after his debut release on GoaProductions, Feelionics returns from his studio with a smashing 5 track concept EP! With “Hooked on Phonics”, the US based producer takes you on a journey through his life, a coming of age tale full of childhood memories narrated by pounding kicks and wrapped in dark sonic atmospheres. ‘Nothing is Real’ and ‘Squirm’ open the EP with stories of teenage angst and the double-edged sword of sexuality, whereas ‘Story Time’ takes us into spooky head closets and the merciless demons that inhabit them. ‘Bullies’, easily the heaviest track of this release, is coming to terms with one of the toughest phases of our early lives and the ways to deal with it. Finally, ‘Ice Cream’ celebrates the sweet, substance-driven escape from it all 😉 We are fortunate to present this unique and truly personal release and join Riley on his recollection of memories and emotions which shaped him into the talented and creative human being that he is today.

2019 sees the 10th-anniversary of GoaProductions; pioneering psychedelic record label, events organisation and all-round purveyors of good time dance floors and aural shenanigans. From humble beginnings in Beijing way back in 2009, where we threw our very first event, to legendary gatherings like Forest Magick and the Spirit Tribe festival in Yunnan, our mission has always stayed the same: Proper bangin' music and parties that carve everlasting smiles into our collective memories. To mark this auspicious occasion we consulted the greatest and wisest psychedelic luminary the psyinverse has to offer; none other than Cosmic Bob himself! Along with his adept Guru Gary, Bob instructed us that the ancient scrolls were very clear on this sort of thing; we were to gather together a diverse collection of prime-time bangers and sparkly twilight groovers from a mix of artists that have supported us over the years and some of the rising stars set to blast GoaProductions, loudly into the future. There was no way we could have had our 10th-anniversary compilation without featuring tracks from Braincell, Martian Arts and Solar Spectrum. These amazing acts were with us right from the very first release we had; 'Kui'. Even with the huge success these acts have subsequently enjoyed they have always found the time to offer their continued support for GoaProductions. Martian Arts offers up a rumbling stomper of a track called 'Jaded', stamped from head to toe with his trademark sound. Braincell adds to the chaos with 'Oyster Rock', oozing from start to finish with his super-slick and smooth production skills. In addition to this, the Solar Spectrum track 'Wide Open' is a joint effort with none other than James Monro. This holds a very special meaning for GoaProductions' founder Pete AKA Atoned Splendor. In his formative years, Pete worked with James at Flying Rhino Records in the UK and it was during this time that his lifelong psytrance path was carved out and racked-up before him. Black Noise, another longtime supporter of the label, gives us a killer track called 'Cookie Monster', cooked up in collaboration with Peyotes. After previously releasing on GoaProductions Black Noise has gone on to become a firm favorite in the European scene, releasing on many labels and is now one of the many highly regarded acts in the Sangoma Records stable. In recent times we have been very lucky to have the opportunity to release music from Earthworm, one of the most cutting edge acts currently pushing the funky side of up-tempo night-time music. He is accompanied this time by Shred'er, another of the next generation of wizardry French producers. 'Nightmares' epitomizes the best qualities of this contemporary sound; up-front and extremely rhythmic whilst simultaneously remaining cerebrally deep.

In the year 2019 Viandoks rules over the GoaProductions organization and he dreams of power. He decides to organize a tournament to find new talented soldiers to join him in his evil plans of world domination. After traveling all over the globe, he narrowed down his choice to 9 contestants from different backgrounds and with different skills. They were invited to the GoaProductions headquarters with a promise of glory, fame and money. Instead, Viandoks brainwashed them into blood thirsty killing machines. Let the tournament begin! The Challengers: Angry5JaR (China): In contrast to his name, Angry5JaR is a very calm and down to earth person. He grew up destined to be the best fighting monk in China and defends his city with pride and honor. Special Move: Full-on Punch Cubical Sunrise (USA): Cubical Sunrise is a highly spiritual being, but don't be fooled, his brute force is incredible. His weird appearance is said to be due to all the rare stones and crystals he worships and brings with him everywhere. Special Move: Downtempo Boom FMEPsy (China): This lone cyborg has been wandering the streets forever, nobody knows how old he really is. However, a few years back, after a bad fight Sh3llcode took it upon himself to repair him. He accepted Viandoks' invitation only to look after his only friend. Special Move: Cyber Prog Eye Heimifolia (Switzerland): Very little is known from this weird being. Some report seeing a weird creature high up in the mountains on nights with a red moon or heavy thunder. But it's only recently that Heimifolia appeared to the eyes of the common world. Special Move: Psygressive Ray La Marquise (France): Member of the mercenary group Trancesubtil, La Marquise skills are not to be taken lightly. When he heard of the tournament he knew what was at stake and all he could feel was excitement for the challenge. Special Move: Groovy Kick Pitch Blast (France): Big cars and beautiful women. This could summarize this ex-karate champions new way of life. Pitch Blast likes to brag and when he doesn't need the money, he can't get enough of the glory and fame. He didn't think twice when he knew he could get a new word champion title. Special Move: Off Beat Madness PsychicNova (China): Psychicnova was one of the finest assassins of the Shanghainese mafia. All of his brothers got wiped out by Viandoks for reasons he still ignores. He has since then been looking for one thing only: Vengeance. Special Move: Dark Moon Tempo Sage (Sweden): Sage grew up in the cold lands. The legend says he earned the title of best hunter in his tribe after bringing back the pelt of a bear 5 times his size that he spent weeks tracking. Special Move: Full Power Freak Sh3llcode (China): Sh3llcode spent his life working on cybernetic projects. Not so keen on fighting himself, he builds state of the art machines to help him in his mission. He decided to accept the invitation despite the warning of his good friend FMEPsy. Special Move: Progressive Mind Hacking Viandoks: Evil Plot Protagonist, Future Ruler of the world. Special Move: ???
GOA20 - Modern Machine Speech
Kusmu
GoaProductions come back with a new EP from talented producer Kusmu, 'Modern Machine Speech'. Kusmu has been growing on the France circuit for the last 3 years and recently joined forces with GoaProductions. His 3 tracks EP is a strong highly psychedelic affair, including a collab with the young Tripshift (FR). The first track 'Modern Machine Speech' is a great mix of robotic twilights sounds and slick melodies, glued together by a sharp bassline at 146 BPM. Followed by 'Swim In The Swamp', which as the name suggests leads us into darker territories. Viscous atmospheres, progressive distorted FXs and aggressive leads are sure to get the dance floor banging at 148 BPM. Finally his collab with Tripshift 'Radiation Storm' closes this EP. The 150 BPM G bassline guaranties a dark and greasy atmosphere. With the combination of their skills, Kusmu and Tripshift bring crazy sequences and a hell of a groove, toped with super psychedelic sound design. Kusmu's first EP with GoaProductions is set to be a banger.
GOA19 - Deep Fried Psy

GoaProductions is proud to present yet again another debut EP: “Deep Fried Psy” by Viandoks. He has been involved in the Chinese scene for a while now and has been slow cooking his skill so he could deliver a proper 2 courses meal for the Psy gourmets out there. For starters “Decent Meal” gets you pretty good amuse-bouches: deep and rolling basslines, crispy FMs spiced up with some proper percussions. The magic sauce is made from a simple but efficient ingredient: a sizzling 303 that will remind your tastes buds of the good ol’ days. “Deep Fried Psy” is a meatier track. Using the same ingredients, Viandoks brings here a gravy heavy bass mid track that will confuses all your senses. Viandoks starts 2019 with a twist and we will hear quite a bit about this up and coming artist in the near future.

DJs Pieman and Suddha lock horns for a psychedelic safari tracking down some of the rarest humans and sounds on the planet. Trophy Munters stokes a nasal barrel and raises a loaded glass to all the people who traverse countries and continents scoping out good times, hunting down killer parties and collecting memories for their wobbly mental cabinets. Inspired by the Spirit Tribe festival in Yunnan, China, this international arsenal of sound comes with its sights locked on dancefloors across the globe. Massive thanks to all the contributing artists, Alex Alien Art for the design and fellow munters at Bom Shanka Music, Sangoma Records, Looney Moon, Purple Hexagon & BMSS for support. Released in two volumes, Trophy Munters celebrates everyone that has supported the evolving scene in China and endeavours to help keep the gurn firmly in the game.

Apart from well-known producers like Braincell, Maritian Arts, and Endeavour, Acid Echoes is also delighted to feature some lesser known undiscovered talents, keeping the compilation innovative, interesting and cutting edge. After a long break, GoaProductions is back with a ripping two track EP titled 'Angelic Machine Language'! This special collab EP features exceptional productions from our label artists Atoned Splendor, Evo and Acid Echoes. 'Angelic Machine Language' is Evo's first debut production with cohort and our psychedelic scientist Atoned Splendor, the outcome is just killer - stomping cutting edge sounds ready to put you through a psychedelic angelic fantasy. 'Groovy' is the second collab track between Atoned Splendor and Acid Echoes. This time they focused on bringing something different than the usual sounds, arrangements and vibe dominating the current scene. They took sounds themes and elements from fullon, night, prog and much more showcasing the ability to produce not only quality music but also breaking genre specific stereotypes to create something truly inspiring - Feel the groove!

Atoned Splendor
Witchcraft & Magick is the latest EP on GoaProductions from Atoned Splendor, featuring three fresh tracks all with their own unique vibe and sound. The title track “Witchcraft & Magick” kicks things off with a blast; pounding bass and intricate FM synth programming provide the nuts and bolts, with great analogue FX and sweeps sat perfectly on top. A perfectly matched vocal sample ties the whole track together defining the vibe. Next up is “Atonement”, an epic track that constantly builds throughout into an amazing climax and ending. Rock drums combine with a funky vibe to drive the track but it still maintains a very psychedelic edge with classic sounds and trippy FX that punch through the mix. Last but not least is “Livewire”, full of cutting edge sound design and dynamic arrangement and programming, this track pushes the boundaries and concept of current Psytrance production. No filler tracks whatsoever here; all three are tried and tested bangers. Guaranteed to explode any dance floor!

GoaProductions is proud to present another debut EP for our label. Escape Velocity from Ingrained Instincts! A new act, that has already created waves around the scene with only a few releases. Their debut EP for GoaProductions Escape Velocity showcases what they are all about. Escape Velocity starts the adventure with crystal clear FX and a driving tight groove sat on a smooth rolling bass line. Some classic FM stabs, a Goa riff and a 303 tie the whole track together. By Virtue of a Force takes over next with a much deeper sound; a darker, heavier bass drives the start of the track. FX, stabs and leads are then gradually added in to great a great psychedelic sound dimension. Finally we have Turn Left at Rigil Kent a blistering no-nonsense psychedelic affair, amped up on every level, screaming leads and FX riding perfectly on a havin’ it rhythm and bass. Already booked for big summer festivals in 2016 this is a taster of what is to come from Ingrained Instincts!

Implosion, Black Noise’s debut EP for GoaProductions has arrived! Deep, dark and dirty Psy for your listening pleasure. The title track “Implosion” is a rip-roaring adventure through time and sound. Spine tingling leads and fx rest on top of a relentless bass. “Non Human” is next with a deep atmospheric Psyscape of creature inspired sounds that slowly builds into a slamming 303 groove. Last but not least “Sonar Vision” steps up the pace. Sliced up FX bounce off each other creating a funky up-tempo vibe that goes off with some epic leads. Black Noise is already part of a new generation of artists to watch out for and these tracks show why. Three tracks full of great grooves, riffs, licks and FX!
GOA11 - Made In China
Atoned Splendor, Acid Echoes, Yi, Sixears
Made In China is a very special release for everyone here at GoaProductions, it marks the start of music produced by China’s first generation of native homegrown Psytrance artists. GoaProductions main man Atoned Splendor has spent the past year working closely with three promising Chinese talents, Acid Echoes, Yi and Sixears. The outcome was three killer tracks, Tribalize, Polysix and Goblin Funk. Tribalize as the names suggests is a dust-kicking, foot-stomping affair with pounding drums that transport the listener into an otherworldly dimension of ancient totemic psychedelic rituals. Polysix is an upbeat slice of melodic Psy that builds up into an effortlessly uplifting psychedelic riff at the end. Then finally we have Goblin Funk, crunchy FX and a cheeky groove, with a killer 303 lead. What more could you ask for. All in all an amazing set of debut tracks! Keep your eyes on the Middle Kingdom and GoaProductions!

To Kick off 2015 with a bang, GoaProductions have turned on tuned in and pulled out 8 slices of seriously Psychedelic dance music. As always a reflection of the musical journey you might encounter at one of our parties, but also an unencumbered cross section of music from within the current scene. Proceedings kick off with 'Neurons' a deep chunky groover courtesy of Predators. Followed by Mexican maestros Ecliptic & Tron's 'Parelelle', deep techy progressive Psy. Solar Spectrums 'Less Gravity' is a hypnotically driving atmospheric track. Then Atoned Splendor takes things up a notch with 'AR53', where analog sounds and pounding rhythms combine to create a monster sound. 'Andromeda' from Black Noise moves things into the realm of no-nonsense fullon with mesmerizing arpeggiated riffs and a slamming 303. Then we have 'The Neuromodulator' from brand new act and latest addition to the GoaProductions family of artists Ingrained Instincts, definitely one to watch out for. Label favorite Braincell is right on the money as always with 'Analog Force', deeply psychedelic havinit music. Finally everything is wrapped up with Audioforms remix of Lucass track Now & Zen and what a remix it is. Audioform has stamped his style all over it from top to bottom and come up with rip-roaring psychedelic adventure of a tune. Sit back and enjoy the ride!
GOA9 - Spiral Energy
Braincell, Solar Spectrum, Unknown Reality
"Spiral Energy" is a window into three different projects all from the same producer Ralph Knobloch. Ralph is one of the most prolific producers in the Psytrance scene today, the man behind Braincell, Solar Spectrum, Unknown Reality and also one half of Rastaliens. He has been producing since 1994, which is already 20 years of tearing up dance-floors across the world. His progressive Solar Spectrum project is represented by the track "Pounding Drops". Bouncing bass and uplifting melodies create a track perfect for any sunrise. To represent his fullon side, Braincell we have two pounding tracks "Compact Tools" and "Spiral Energy". Compact tools show off Braincell's deep Psytrance sound, whilst Spiral Energy has a classic feel to it. To finish the release off perfectly we have "Spaced Out" from Unknown Reality, which is Ralph's brand new chill out project, blissed-out ethnic sound-scapes full of cosmic cadences. Which ever kind of mood your in there is music to fit all of them within Spiral Energy.

GoaProductions is proud to present our first solo release from Martian Arts, a producer who is quickly gaining widespread recognition across the globe as a fantastic artist who has an immense understanding of how to make truly psychedelic dance floor music. Impeccable production quality combines with deep audio soundscapes to create music that is aurally stunning and immersive whilst at the same time rocks the socks of any dance floor. The title track Grey Area has a very unique sound and style. A deep driving groove with a brooding dark edge intertwine with classic old skool Goa style melodies to create a really innovative track. Rezon8 is a collaborative track between Martian Arts and JP. Trademark Martian Arts grinding synth sounds and classic riffs brought up to date are the order of the day here. Then finally to round off the release we have a storming remix of Martian Arts VCO Sync from Predators. Basically psytrance at its best!

Not many people have ever heard of a KUI dragon and even less know this mythical Chinese creature is the original master of the beat. His one-leg pounded out the first rhythm in the universe and has kept time ever since. GoaProductions has once again summoned this mighty beast from the mystical past to lead us on a tribal dance right through the night and into the dawn. To help in this musical quest we enlisted the help of 9 producers, tasked with the mission of creating 9 mind-melding sonic masters to carry us on this journey through sound. From the progressive encounters of Solar Spectrum, Karna and BLM & Hoffman through to the psychedelic bangers courtesy of Ohmnidrive, Braincell, Audioform, Black Noise and Predators there is sth for everyone. A real reflection of the sounds, vibe and energy you can expect to find at a GoaProductions party. Grab hold of KUI and enjoy the ride!

GoaProductions is extremely proud to present the release of its first chillout album from Blue Lunar Monkey. Excellent song craftsmanship combined with superb sound designed meet to create an ambient album of the highest quality. Turn on, tune in and chill out to Blue Lunar Monkeys ambient sounds. 7 tracks filled with dub beats and blissed-out synths. As well as Blue Lunar Monkeys original works the album also contains two brilliant remixes of Desert Dwellers. From the glitched synth sounds of Far From Here to the poignant All Our Relations there is something for everyone. All in all a great album that we hope you get as much pleasure listening to as we have.

Atoned Splendor
Atoned Splendor's 3rd Dimension, three tracks from three different dimensions. The concept behind this release was to take one track and rework the drums, synths, melodies, bass and fx into three different genres. One down tempo track, one mid tempo and one uptempo. The end result is a really interesting release. Three tracks each with a very different vibe but still with continuity throughout. The downtempo 1st Dimension has a funky glitch element to it. The mid tempo 2nd Dimension is a proggy stormer and the 3rd Dimension is a fullon track with a slight electro vibe. Enjoy! ;)

Part 2 of our Halt Production remixes is finally here. Included in part 2 we have Atoned Splendor's take on the classic track and also a brand new updated version from none other than ManMadeMan themselves. Atoned's remix focuses on and develops the original groove and melody of Halt Production. Great techy drums bounce around all over the place along with complimenting fx sounds which give real depth to the track.The classic melody of the original is hammered home and built upon with tough synth sounds which culminate in a superb climax. All in all another great track in itself and a great remix of the legendary original! There was no way we could remix such a classic track without getting a brand new updated mix from ManMadeMan themselves. What they have delivered is an absolute belter of a track. GOA3 - Halt Production Remixes

Here they are, two brand new remixes of ManMadeMan's classic track "Halt Production" originally released on Flying Rhino in 1999. Everyone at GoaProductions is really proud to be a part of this release. It was an instant classic when it was first released and has stood the test of time through the years. Still sounding great today. These new remixes really do the original justice, far too often with remixes you feel that the original is better and the remixes don't really add anything new. Both Martian Arts and Sybarite haven taken the sounds given to them by ManMadeMan and transported them into new realms of sonic exploration. Martian Arts stamps his unique sound firmly onto the original, just as he did with his recent remix of ManMadeMan's Desire, which was also recently released on GoaProductions. The original’s classic driving melody is embellished to perfect effect by the snarling synth sounds, which have become a Martian Arts signature. Sybarite, which is Lucas and Ric Featherstone provide a remix with a totally different sound and feel. Tight driving rhythms underpin a more atmospheric vibe surrounded by intricate psychedelic sounds. All in all two great tracks guaranteed to rock dance-floors around the world. Alien Possession is here, the first full release from GoaProductions’ very own Atoned Splendor. The title track "Alien Possession" has an old-skool vibe about it but utilizes ultra-modern sound design with a creepy edgy feel optimally tweaked for maximum dance-floor impact. The track also works on a deeper cerebral level as well with very psychedelic story telling through sound. Each individual riff works on their own but they evolve in such a way that the listener is taken on a real musical journey through trance! The second track "Visitors From Heaven" incorporates super intricate programming to create funky analogue dirt grooves full of psychedelic goodness! Really creative use of sampling add extra dimension to the track and original sound design all combine to create a fresh sound that we can’t get enough of. Absolute bangers from start to finish! nNamed after the mystical Chinese dragon that created music, Kui was the ultimate master of rhythm with one foot that never went out of timed or skipped a beat. For centuries Kui was in the service of emperors and mystics but now his powers have been summoned by GoaProductions to unleash the ultimate sonic experience. Kui’s beats snake like a dragon and pounce like a tiger. Working with Kui and GoaProductions to bring you this extravaganza in sound are some of our favorite artists from around the world, whose music regularly features at our parties. Lucas, Ecliptic, Martian Arts, Solar Spectrum, Aphid Moon, and Braincell have all pulled out some bangers to make this a really special debut comp.
